How to place an order from us here at
C O L L E C T I B L E S
| ORDERING AND PAYMENT |
| We accept orders by e-mail, phone or "snail mail". When ordering by e-mail or "snail mail" please include the stock or item #, price of item and a short description of the item. Be sure to include your shipping address and phone number. We currently do not accept credit cards but may provide this feature in the near future. Personal checks will be required to clear the bank before shipping. Payment must be made in US funds and must be received within 10 days or the item will be returned to stock. |
| SHIPPING |
| Shipping costs can vary and are not included in the price of the item. Please contact us for a quote on the cost of shipping for a particular item and the cost of insurance if desired. We ship US Mail or UPS. |
| RETURNS |
| We strive to package all orders so they will arrive at you doorstep in good condition. However, if your order was damaged in shipment please notify us immediatly! Returned items will be accepted if we are notified within 5 days of receipt and are to be in the same condition as when you received them. Return postage and insurance are non-refundable. |
